Total Loss System Oil (LS5)
Podlee total loss system oil is formulated using deeply refined mineral base oils and a carefully selected blend of additives, including rust inhibitors, anti-aging agents, anti-foaming agents, antioxidants, and anti-wear agents. Through scientific formulation, this oil is optimized for use in total loss lubrication systems where no specific or specialized lubrication requirements exist.
Application
It is suitable for a wide range of machinery, including textile machinery, machine tools, hydraulic presses, small pneumatic equipment, sewing machines, small electric motors, general instruments, woodworking machinery, hoisting equipment, paper-making machinery, and mining machinery. Additionally, it is ideal for general lubrication systems in light-duty mechanical applications operating below140℉(60°C), such as gearboxes and manually lubricated rotating components.
